Banana Oatmeal Extravaganza

 This is my go-to stupid simple vegan recipe most every morning.


* 1 part oats

* 2 parts water

* banana slices (to preference)

* cinnamon to taste (optional)

* cardamom to taste (optional)

* dried fruit (optional)

* nuts (optional)


Add oats and water to pressure cooker.  Cook on high for 3 minutesSlow release for ~10 minutes (can be longer...I have accidentally let it slow release for over an hour before and it turned out alright).

Depending on what I have on hand I will almost always add bananas and one or more of the optional ingredients above.  Let me know if there are other ingredients that you try and think I should add as optional to this page!
